Okechukwu was absolutely fantastic! Right from the start, he kept me updated and let me know in advance that he might be a bit late due to a previous job being quite far away. He even checked if that was okay with me, which I really appreciated. His communication was great throughout, and he gave me a heads-up about 15 minutes before arriving so I could get everything ready. Even though I had booked the "no help" option, he still went out of his way to help me load and unload, which made the whole process so much easier. Honestly, you don’t come across such kind, reliable, and professional people every day. Okechukwu went above and beyond, and I can’t recommend him enough. If you need a man and a van, he’s the one to call—100% recommended!
