Excellent guy, respecting you and your belongings.

Driver was very helpful and polite however the experience was very negative. Initially I was supposed to get the van to arrive by 10am but there was an issue which was no problem and was told it would come at 11 however this was then changed to 10:30 instead. But this was late and the van didn’t arrive till 10:35 possibly even later as he hadn’t parked. The van was then packed but setting off was delayed by 5 minutes as the driver decided to answer some messages on his phone. When arriving at the destination the driver requested to have a 5 minute lunch break. With these conditions it extended my paid time to 14:45. I was unloading the van and the driver stopped to explained we had to pay for an additional hour as it was 14:30, I said that’s not the case and this took him a further 5 minutes to understand, extending my time to 14:50. We was unloaded and ready for him to leave at 14:45 however his manager said we had to owe him a further £60 for an additional hour which made no sense as we wasn’t even over our agreed time as i was not paying the driver to be late, have this lunch break or text on his phone. The manager compromised asking me to pay for just 30mins which was £30 which I still don’t think is fair but I did to try compromise.

Hasnain was amazing! Really helpful with helping us carry heavy items, loading boxes and stacking them like a pro. Booked 4 hours but only needed 2.5hrs, very efficient. Would definitely use him and the service again.
