Man and Van in Lutterworth, LE17

He was very friendly and helpful in terms of helping me unloading my things in the van and when I got to my destination to even when he wasn’t been pay to do it. The journey too a bit longer due to accident on the M1 even through I only book 2 hours it took as 2h and 40mins and he didn’t charge me extra he was very kind nice to me on journey checking if I’m okay and making conversation with my so that I’m not bored overall I would definitely booked him if I’m even moving house again or moving things he was very kind, respectful and a good company to be around

Although this driver was lovely and very helpful the service I received this morning was appalling. I cannot believe you would hire someone who doesn’t even turn up. It was my first time moving on my own and it was made so much worse by this driver and I won’t be using this service again.
