Paid for help, but was pretty slow & didnt help much

They came even earlier than the time expected and were professional. The move was quick and smooth, and they even helped me move things off the van when it wasn't paid for. Really recommended!

He was a bit reckless when driving and I had fragile items like a mirror that could have been broken

He was the replacement driver that came to move the stuffs but he was kind of not wanted to help out moving the things from houses to his van, he keeps on complaining he came from far and all. That wasn’t very helpful or nice to hear when we were already stressed out. Because he didn’t wanted to help much my husband had to transport a lot of stuffs himself which cause him a lot of cuts and wounds on the hands. He shouldn’t have accepted the job if he wants to complain. Probably wouldn’t be using the service next time.

his ban was quite big. so It was so easy to put all our thing. no trouble in all process.
