Man and Van in London, N15

Abi was excellent! Really helpful with loading and unloading the van, and a pleasure to chat to. He was a very reassuring presence during a difficult move and had trolleys and things to quickly transport things.

Fantastic service, professional and very friendly driver. Would recommend to everyone and definitely book for myself again!:)

Abi let me know well in advance that he would be a bit late, which was fine as delays are always unavoidable and to be expected in London. He was really patient even though I had massively underestimated the size of the van I needed and he was great company on the trip down.

I booked the van for 4pm and the driver came nearly 2 hours too late. I checked the van is big enough for everything I had to move before I booked it, but the driver already had furniture in the van which meant the loading took even longer, some furniture got scratched and I had to hold some stuff on the way which meant I could not put the safety belt on. The driver then spoke on the phone to his wife when we unloaded which was very inappropriate. I wish I didn't pay the £40 up front (which I will never do again) and the only reason I did not ask for money back is because the driver told me he only got £26 from the job and the rest goes to your company for the admin. Overall it was a really negative experience.

Abi provided great service - good communication before the job, and quick, helpful and efficient on the day. He was a pleasure to deal with. I'd definitely book him again.

He was incredibly helpful and nice and I found out he had driven a long way from his home to help which was so amazing!

Texted the wrong number to say he will be 45 min late which isn’t acceptable.. then texted again to say that he will arrive 1:10 min late but still didn’t turn up and turn up after 1.5 Hours (Booked for 17:00) arrived 18:30 Me and my brother were just sitting on the side of the road as we had nowhere to go for 1.5 hours waiting for him (initially saying it’s 45min which made it worse). I am leaving this feedback in hope that he can have better time management and not go to the other end of london just before an appointment in the top North! Thank you

Abi was good and helpful, but arrived late. He helped me move the stuff, so that was really useful.

Abi came well prepared, did everything possible to get the job done quickly and was good company as well. I wouldn't hesitate to book with him again.
