On time, and contacted when at first drop-off and then when they reached final drop-off. All jobs completed within 2 hour booked slot.

Ended up costing me a fortune. Took hours to load one van. I hired a driver and a helper so two people would be lifting come guy had hurt his back prior to arrival so it took the double the time as one refused to carry anything and spent most the time sat on the floor. Ridiculous an absolute rip off.

Apart from being an hour late everything was perfect.
