Man and Van in London, SE5

- 4 1/2 HOURS LATE!! The drivers were booked for 09:00. He called at 08:30 to say he would be an hour late. At 10:00 he told me he was on his way and was less than 2 miles away, at 11:00 he was stuck in traffic, at 11:30 he was almost there, at 12:30 he would be there in 15 minutes and he eventually showed up at 13:30 - 4 1/2 hours late! When they did eventually arrive they were friendly and helpful but having been lied to the entire morning about where they were left a sour taste. If he'd been honest and said it'll be 13:30 I could have continued with other tasks, instead I spent 4 1/2 hours of my moving day waiting for them.

Unfortunately the driver was 2 hours late. And even though he was very nice and explained that it was the traffic, it’s still a lot of time.

Edward was a brilliant driver. He took us from Manchester at 9am, via Birmingham, to London along with all our belongings for a move. He stopped multiple times for breaks, really great smooth driving too. He was kind and very helpful in moving all our things! When loading, Edward also made sure all of our stuff was packed tightly and secured with straps to prevent it from rolling around in the van. I would definitely recommend Edward to anyone looking to move their belongings.
