Both my girlfriend and I are in pieces today, having done most of the carrying up and down the flight of stairs. Maybe it was to be expected, as Roger was mostly loading and unloading his van, while we did most of the moving. If we compare him to the more expensive movers who helped us in our previous move, he was perhaps a little slow. Nice guy, thought, very straight.

This driver was very professional. He has a large, modern, well equipped van. I wasn't quite organised when he arrived and he carried most of the stuff to the van without complaint whilst I completed packing.
