Man and Van in London, E10

I would not have wanted to give the driver a bad review, even though I was subjected to damages, but I did not receive a sincere apology. Whilst I was aware that this was a replacement driver and refused to allow me to travel with my luggage. However, he continually lied to me about the arrival time and I waited for the driver for over four hours on a trip that was supposed to take less than an hour, and spent close to five hours overall, with all of my seafood and meats stored outside for all of five hours.

The driver was 10 mins late but he called and explained this was due to traffic issues. We got everything loaded and unloaded in great time, no issues whatsoever with the service. The driver was friendly and helpful.

Driver was very rude & disrespectful . Kept on threatening to overcharge and wouldn’t make an extra stop. Ery poor advertisement for quick man and a van
