Messaged driver to confirm pickup time a day before, and was told this was confirmed. During the morning of, I was given a call to say he will be 45 minutes late. We specifically asked this time as we were setting up an event which was time sensitive. We helped the driver load (3 of us), and during the unloading he seemed to have picked someone else up along the way to arrive a bit later to the venue, and had the other person unload - who was equally just as unhelpful (leaving us to do most of the unloading. Would not recommend.

The driver arrived 28 minutes late.
Came with no matress cover so my matress was put on the floor.
Left an item with wheels on the tail lift which had a box of ceramic dinner ware on top which rolled off and hit the car it was parked next to before hitting the floor.
No items damaged miraculously.
The only point they get is that they weren't disrespectful.
Thanks to Suleman our move to our new home went smoothly and without stress. He was polite, effective and professional. We would definitely recommend him!
The driver texted before to confirm he coming and to let me know if there were any isues to let him know.
He was on time, very quite and respectful. He was very,very helpful, carried most of the heavy boxes.
I haven't moved in the past 9 years, he made it very smooth..
