It was great to see Frank again (he had initially moved my items 4 years ago). He was very punctual and polite as ever. He took his time and handled my items with great care. I was able to get on with my morning and Frank took care of everything for me, which was very much appreciated. I can’t rate highly enough and would recommend A+
