He arrived punctually — even earlier than scheduled, and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout. Even though we were his last job of the day and it was clear he was physically exhausted, he still gave 110%, going the extra mile to ensure everything was done properly. His work ethic is truly admirable. On top of that, we had a genuinely lovely conversation during the (not-so-short) journey — he made what could have been a stressful day feel much lighter.
