Driver was great. However, since our location was in a congestion zone, we were expected to pay for this. I think you should include this in the fees you charge upfront instead of having the driver have to ask for more payment on the day

Bilal was fantastic; on time, very helpful with moving items, and very friendly. Myself and my girlfriend also had a very enjoyable conversation with him throughout the drive.

Bilal was the perfect driver. Punctual, organised and efficient. I was particularly worried about transporting my large plant (5ft) as it's leaves are big and delicate - I didn't need to worry one bit and we even managed to. fit my bike. Overall, it was fantastic experience and Bilal is a great conversationist if this is something you appreciate.
