Bilal was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful and nice he went above and beyond to help load and unload as my wife had just given birth. I couldn't recommend him more will definitely be calling him again when needing to move things.

From the moment we arrived, he judged us – complaining about the weight of our things and how they were placed – instead of just doing the job we were paying for. Playing smart to avoid doing the one floor steps that we had already paid for. The worst part: about an hour after returning the van, we called him because we had forgotten a bag under the passenger seat with something very valuable inside. I know for certain the bag was there, because I put it there myself. When we called, suddenly it was “not there.” That means only one thing: he stole it. Unprofessional, dishonest, and a thief. Avoid at all costs.
