Our originally driver cancelled the night before and so Abdessamad was the replacement. We were asked if we could move the meet time forward by 30 mins which was fine but then the van ended up arriving later than the original scheduled time. There was some wood and chainsaws in the van and so it was not particularly easy to load our stuff. All that said, the driver was very respectful and thing went of without a hitch. Everything seemed to arrive safely and was unloaded without issue.
Separately quick man and van is not clear that extra mileage fees apply for the drivers journey to the start location so we were charged these on the day and there was not much we could do. It would be a lot clearer if these fees were included upfront to make price comparison easier.
I would be happy to use this driver again on the condition that the van was cleared before arrival.
