Took forever to park up and manoeuvre his van. Seemed inexperienced. Ate into a chunk of the time I’d paid for and had to pay extra
I was so impressed with the van driver's professionalism. He was friendly, courteous, and arrived right on time. He handled my belongings with care and made sure everything was unloaded safely. I would definitely recommend his services

Thompson & Felix were outstanding. We ended up getting more equipment than we had thought, one a very heavy kiln. This resulted in their working well over the booked time, but they were efficient, personable & cheerful. Thank you so much.

He arrived one hour late . He only rang 5 minutes before the due time to say he would be 40 minutes late . When I asked why he hadn’t rung earlier he said there was no network coverage which is not adequate.As I said he was one hour late . When I rang your office regarding a reduction because of this you said sort with the driver . The whole job took 35 miniutes from beginning to end . When I asked the driver for a reduction he said he couldn’t do that , it was up to the office . I rang you again . I had a disagreement with the driver as I felt I was being massively overcharged for very poor service. He said I had asked for 2 people as it was a big table . I hadn’t . It was a very small table and didn’t n Ed 2 people.He was only prepared to offer ( reluctantly) £5 off . I gave him £ 10 less . I had to wait for him in my car for over an hour outside the pickup property . I had to apologise and buy cups of tea to the 2 ladies who had gone back to the home where there mother had recently died ( having driven for 30 minutes bs to get there) and then wait over an hour in order to let me pick up the table . And give my money paid to a charity in their mothers memory .Fortunately they were kind and waited , even though they found it painful to be able n the house .
I would not recommend the driver or the company.

This is constructive as I used the service to collect from a warehouse and deliver to a customer so I don't know the exacts, however, the email bounced to the driver. I didn't get any tracking information so I had to keep fingers crossed, I didn't know that it was delivered. So as a business using the service it is a risk as not knowing it will be delivered and that it had been delivered.
He wanted to come 90 minutes earlier & said there wasn't room for me to ride in the van when I had requested this. He wanted to stop on the way to do another job to pick up a sofa! We stopped off twice on the way because he didn't have any petrol and tyres weren't pressurised. Bad driver, eg lots of emergency brakes. Lots of my antique furniture was broken and scratched. He picked up a random bit of my ex housemates furniture which I now have to figure out how to return.

2 and half hours late. Refused to take Fridge Freezer as an extra job saying they were too busy. I assumed I paid for 2 hours work. I got 30 minutes. Massively expensive and awful service.
Good service. Was helpful and efficient.
I had a chilled experience with Garikai, he was friendly & respectful. He also took care of my items when loading onto and off the van all in good time. My experience was a very positive one, thank you.
