Obinna rang ahead of arriving, arrived 10 mins early and proceeded to load the entirety of our flat into his van in 20 mins. He was even faster unloading it at the other end. Amazing service - he made a stressful move much easier. I can't rate him highly enough.

My driver was one hour late (on top of an existing 2 hour delay with multiple other cancellations of drivers and mixed communication). The driver then left 10 minutes before the completed one hour booking and left me to finish loading the flat despite me asking for him to only watch my belongings while I loaded them. There was only one headlight on the car on a day of poor visibility.

Paid for 2 hours finished in 45 minutes, don't mind so much but wasn't very careful with my stuff or helpful. Had managed to sort alot of help at the first end of the job aswell. Tried putting a box right under my Mum's feet while she had 2 big bags and almost fell and hurt her wrist. Wouldn't reccomend or use him again tbh.

Obinna was a replacement for the driver I booked - he was pretty efficient with loading/un-loading and only arrived a few minutes late, he stalled the van 3 times in-a-row just trying to reverse. He was relatively polite but there was a language barrier that impacted the ability to communicate effectively. He said that he was in the middle of driving to another job when he had to turn around for this one. While I appreciate he was rushed, he only helped me unload the van onto the driveway before driving off and said he could not help me move the items into the house. Would not recommend.

Obi was very helpful and even arrived early so we could get the job done. Would highly recommend.
