He was very helpful, engaged in lovely conversation and made my move so much easier.
At time of booking I booked for helpers to help load up my items as I’m a female moving on my own and not in good health.
The movers only helped with some of my items and snapped at me when I asked if they would bring out all of the items.
They also arrived 15 minutes late causing me further undue stress. Made my moving process more stressful than it needed to be.
