Driver was very friendly and worked incredibly hard. Couldn't have done the move without his tremendous help. I also left some items and the driver and company went out of their way to return the items to me. Great experience.

Arulnesan was very professional and courteous. His previous job ran over but he called to tell us in a timely manner. He was very patient with us throughout our move even though we were stressed out and disorganised. On the whole, we were very impressed with Arulnesan.

Great price, efficient service, no hassle when having to amend the booking, will use again!

Driver called when he arrived. Came to help move items and was very professional.

Arrived 45 mins late by which time we had carried all the contents down the stairs. He did ring to tell me he was going to be late, when he arrived he said he was tired he had a late night and his breath smealt of beer. He said he had straps but they did not fit in the van he was using and all the contents were slidding about as we were driving. On arrival at the new address he wanted to wait for the others to arrive to help unload (we were all free labour, he was the only person being paid) I challenged the balance of the bill with him as he was late and did not carry anything downstairs and he said I still had to pay the full amount. I contacted the support line phone number given and was told he is self employed and to sort it out with him. I am very dissatisfied with the service.

The driver was over an hour late, arrived with the wrong van (I requested and paid for a large van, and he arrived with a medium van instead - making us wait another 20 minutes til he could get hold of the correct sized van). He also dropped and broke two of my vases and plants, and when I called him out on it, instead of admitting it and apologising he tried to gaslight me into thinking that it wasn’t his fault and that he’d only broken one thing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend or hire him again.
