The problem was not with the driver. We had asked for the driver to have the ability to assemble the delivery as well - so booked him for 2 hours
Driver did not know how to assemble
He worked for 45 min and was expecting 2 hours pay

Julian arrived promptly and we managed to get my stuff from the second floor of the flat block into the back of his van quickly. Unloading was just as quick and nothing got broken or damaged. Will definitely recommend him and this service in the future and if I need a move done reliably I know who to get in touch with!!
Vasile and his assistant were very polite and efficient. We would happily use them again.
