Good communication - replied to message to confirm arrangements on the day. Arrived on time. Jude is polite and respectful and was very helpful. He helped load and unload (including carrying a settee up narrow stairs!). Nothing was too much trouble. Very pleased - if you need something moved, Jude's your man.

Driver was 45mins late. It was a very small job (moving only 1 item 15mins between locations) so it wasted a lot of our time. He was respectful and helpful. Super quick and efficient but knocked off the stars for being so late.
