Our driver Stephane went above and beyond what was expected when moving our neighbour’s heavy recliner armchair from his house to his new room in a local care home. After I’d told him that I had a stoma and didn’t want to risk getting a hernia, he did most of the heavy lifting himself and when we got the care home, he unloaded it onto a trolley and wheeled it along several long corridors to our neighbour’s room where he set the chair down carefully onto the floor. Stephane was polite and very professional throughout, explaining what he intended to do at each stage of the pick-up and delivery. He made it an enjoyable and stress-free experience and I would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone.
