Driver was on time, which was impressive having travelled from Edinburgh to Glasgow for 10am. He was given assistance with parking in departure neighbourhood - chronic shortage of parking spaces. Was courteous when required to extended the booking (i'd under-estimated my time requirements). Dealt with the difficult parking restrictions at the destination and politely explained that I'd be liable for the parking fee of the private carpark we had to use, so as not to invalidate the insurance. Would happily recommend.
