We paid for help. The driver refused to help. He did not even load the lorry or pack it my husband had to do it. He did not strap any furniture and did not have a trolley. He was rude and threatening. We requested a 2nd trip which he wanted to charge an extra £100 for when we still had nearly 2 hrs of the time we originally paid for. He should have only been charging for the extra stops and mileage as per your terms and conditions.

His communication was perfect and it made the move go so smoothly I can't thank the driver enough
