Ivan was very friendly, helpful and professional and I really enjoyed chatting with him. :)
Driver was very kind - manager was not. Over 1 hour late and no notification unless I would call and ask.
Had to move a lot of the stuff myself also.
The driver turned up 3 hours early, and then started without me. Then charge an hour extra despite getting lost through no fault of mine.
We were not aware that only cash was accepted
Ivan made the move so quick and easy. Would certainly use again

Driver was held up by previous job so 2 hours late, but phoned to apologise and gave a new time for arrival. He arrived at the new time. Driver and helper were both very quick and efficient. Both guys still learning English, but communication was not a massive problem. Nice people - recommended.
The driver was on time, very helpful throughout, and very careful handling our belongins. Definitely we will call him again for future movings. Very happy with the service.

I could not have asked for better movers. Right on time, very respectful and hard working. We offered to help as much as we could but they said they will do it. Never came across with such great movers in my entire life and I have moved so many times.
100% recommend them.

The driver's name was Misha not Ivan. His manner was completely unprofessional as his driving was dangerous. I was concerned for my possessions and my life as he was texting, reading and eating whilst driving. This was a surreal and triggering experience that I would not wish upon anyone. Fortunately, I was safe and his partner was also in the car to 'steer' and navigate whilst the driver was. preoccupied.
