So professional and hard working. Nothing was too much and helped make the move so stress free. Thank you for all your help. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Driver was booked in for full 6 hours - 9:00am till 15:00pm. After being called a couple of times after being 10min late he eventually picked up the phone, admitting that he overslept and that he will arrive at the assigned location 30min late. He was overall 45min late while all the luggage was already piled up on the street in front of the property ready to be picked up at the arranged time. The driver was overall helpful, however my friend and I did most of the job moving the luggages and loading them in the van. While driving, Rubal was trying to use his phone on a few occasions until he was told by us to pay attention to the road and not use his mobile device while driving as this is against the law. While we were loading most of the bags in the van it became clear that the job was not going to take as much time as we initially thought. Therefore, Rubal decided that it was okay to try and arrange another job in the time that he was already been booked for. Overall, very disappointed with the service, we will definitely not recommend this to anyone. We would like to file a complain and request a compensation for the unprofessional attitude and lack of good service.

He arrived a little late but was very apologetic, so all was forgiven. Very helpful and smooth whilst moving the boxes and offered his services again for next time.

The driver was punctual and very helpful. His driving was smooth and all our items were in place.
