He was 15 min earlier, super punctual, I can't say anything more as he only drive the van from a to b. I didn't ask for any help or additional man , but one star minus : No straps no blankets. I secured everything by myself, he didn't even check the stuff , I would double check the load before I start the journey. That why - next time - be professional! We had no rush - booked for 2 hour - job done in 75 min. đź‘Ť

Arrived early and was very polite. Loaded everything into the van carefully but speedily. Van was emptied at destination carefully and quickly.

Ali was great, he rang me 20 minutes before he was due to arrive which I appreciated, he was quick, efficient and friendly. Would definitely use again!
He wasn't on time but it wasn't his fault, the roads were blocked due to the parade.
His customer service and helpfulness were second to none.

Things started off really well. The drivers arrived on time and were polite and professional at the start. However, once we got to my new property, they unloaded everything in a bit of a rush and unfortunately broke a piece of wood off my chest of drawers. What was disappointing was that they didn’t mention it to me at the time. Instead, I found it later with the damaged side turned to face the wall, which made it feel like they were trying to hide it.
I called them afterwards, and they acknowledged the damage, suggesting I try to glue it, and if that didn’t work, they’d look into replacing it. I appreciated them taking some responsibility, but realistically, replacing a specific piece of wood isn’t straightforward, and there didn’t seem to be a clear policy in place for handling damage.
Additionally, they left behind an olive tree at the old property. I later found it right by the elevator, where they’d been loading up, so I had to make a trip back to get it myself.
Overall, I appreciate the effort, but the experience left me a bit disappointed. A little more care and communication would’ve gone a long way.
