Arrived early and was very polite. Loaded everything into the van carefully but speedily. Van was emptied at destination carefully and quickly.

Things started off really well. The drivers arrived on time and were polite and professional at the start. However, once we got to my new property, they unloaded everything in a bit of a rush and unfortunately broke a piece of wood off my chest of drawers. What was disappointing was that they didn’t mention it to me at the time. Instead, I found it later with the damaged side turned to face the wall, which made it feel like they were trying to hide it. I called them afterwards, and they acknowledged the damage, suggesting I try to glue it, and if that didn’t work, they’d look into replacing it. I appreciated them taking some responsibility, but realistically, replacing a specific piece of wood isn’t straightforward, and there didn’t seem to be a clear policy in place for handling damage. Additionally, they left behind an olive tree at the old property. I later found it right by the elevator, where they’d been loading up, so I had to make a trip back to get it myself. Overall, I appreciate the effort, but the experience left me a bit disappointed. A little more care and communication would’ve gone a long way.

I just want to express how disappointed I am. I paid this amount of money to have my trash collected and taken to the recycling station, only for the driver to return with the trash because his van wasn’t allowed to enter the station. I clearly mentioned that we had items for recycling, and the driver accepted my booking and payment—only to later tell me that his vehicle was too large to be admitted!! This is completely unacceptable. It’s hard to believe the driver didn’t know about this restriction beforehand. I’ve now lost both time and money, and the trash is still sitting in my backyard. This experience feels like a scam, be warned!!! Avoid this site for booking, it's your responsibility if you just want to lose your money.
