Man and Van in Birmingham, B9

Drivers were an hour late and were more interested in what they could salvage from my stuff than the job in hand. When they got to delivery destination they had their eye on a broken tv of our neighbour and wanted it plugging in to test despite being assure it was broken (my colleague didn’t think of implications of doing this and complied as he didn’t know what to do!). To be honest, I’m embarrassed as my neighbour saw what was going on and to be associated with this is bad for my reputation. In terms of getting the job done, they were just about ok apart from the damage to the wall in the landing as they were taking goods out, leaving plaster on the floor…. I would be very hesitatant to book again to be honest.

I would give 5 stars for the service once the driver and his mate eventually arrived. Having spoken the previous day to Simon I was assured that all was set for a 10.00 arrival. On the morning a text announced arrival delayed to between 10.30 and 11.00, but by 11.05 still a no-show. Further phone calls to Simon suggested he was 15-20 minutes away but the van evenyually arrived at 11.55. However once underway the removal was well executed and the two worked hard to effect a quite extensive removal in exactly three hours (which surprised me as after the first hour I thought it would take nearer to four hours). Simon throughout was friendly and even connected up a washing machine for my daughter. Apart from some stress associated with the late arrival I am a satsified customer and would use the service again. Overall a good experience

Apart from the late arrival I was very pleased. They managed to get my wardrobe and bookcase out of a very small space. I suspect they’re also good at those 3D shape puzzles that come in Christmas crackers! Thanks guys.

Hello The pick up didn’t happen as was passed to another driver/company and then had to book with the council tip I now wish to cancel ! I’ve paid the £34 deposit

Although the driver had the misfortune of being let down by his helper at the last minute. He was flexible and helpful and even gave me the option to reschedule. Luckily I was moving to the same street as my family so had additional help. The driver was polite and professional and friendly. He was thorough hardworking and made sure that the contents of my home were secure and not damaged. I would definitely recommend this young mans services. He was even courteous enough to offer me a discount. A really nice guy.
