Driver was 3 hours late, unresponsive for the first 2 hours and then told me he’d overslept and would arrive in 20 minutes but when I called him 30 minutes later he hadn’t even left. He then said he’d arrive in 15 and got there 45 minutes later. He left me sitting on the street outside someone from gumtree’s house who was selling my a sofa for 3 hours in the freezing cold and never once apologised. He NEVER apologised and yelled at me when I asked for some money off due to the inconvenience (which I was polite about and thought was fair considering how unprofessional the communication and lateness was).

Vinay was brilliant! Very quick and efficient and made the move very smooth.

Very good, but a bit expensive for stopping for to pick up keys for property. £9.20 ! For less than 5 mins.
