He was good to drive to the delivery address was 40 munit lait I have lift 20 munit after him with my van and arrive 20 munit befor him

I had booked a small van but the driver was driving a people carrier. The items were a bit smashed on arrival. It was easy to deal with George who organised it however the actual driver did not speak English. I assumed a van would be provided as this is a van service.

Friendly and positive attitude was really up for getting stuck in.

Original driver didn't make it, he past the job onto someone else after delaying my original time by half an hr, the next driver was then 15min on top of that.

Driver was great. Quick Man & Van changed the driver at the last minute when the first driver's vehicle was involved in an accident. I thought there would be a big delay but sure enough the replacement driver was exactly on time. I have come to see that this really is the advantage of booking with a site like this. My only complaint is that they didn't text or call me to let me know about the change of plan and as I was away from home I didn't see the email message telling me the driver had changed or that the accident problem had been solved. I tried telephoning the office but just got voicemail.

I was told that our driver would be Francesco. We contacted your office, when he still hadn't arrived at 4.30. The last we heard from him, he said that he was stuck in traffic on the M25 and would be with us at about 7pm. Obviously we weren't at all happy. You managed to send another driver. He was lovely, very polite helpful and courteous . However, our booking was for 1pm, not 7pm, and we were obviously not at all happy with the stress and uncertainty.

Very reliable, friendly, helpful and efficient driver! Will definitely use this driver again!

Service cancelled on Saturday rearranged until Sunday when it was 2.5 hrs late for collection

On time, in fact early for the job and helped load and unload at both ends. Can't fault this driver.

The driver was on time and very good driver he may of had straps or blankets but we never saw them and didn't need them.
