Polite and helpful, worked hard to assist with carrying items

Hamed was really helpful and polite. He went above and beyond to help with my move and the whole process was completed really quickly!

The driver did not turn up. After I called half an hour after he was supposed to turn up he called an hour later saying his van had broken down. Surely he should have done this before he was due to arrive. Very unreliable and has delayed us moving in

I was very impressed. It was a last minute appointment (12hrs notice) so obviously more expensive than normal, but still much cheaper than elsewhere. The driver arrived on time and he is a very nice mannered gentleman.. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

The driver was 1.5 hours late providing no explanation or any compensation for this. He only informed us of his delay a few minutes before the scheduled meeting, which means we had already given the house key back to the letting agency and we had to wait outside for this entire time.

Really pleasant and helpful. He did a great job and made the move as easy as possible, despite there being difficulties in the place we were asked to park the van at the destination address. The van did struggle to start but was fine once up and running. Thanks a lot for today, Hamed!

Half an hour late but did ring to say then was efficient with lifting and loading van timely to the next address and very helpful again

Very good and excellent communication

Very helpful and pleasant. Raza was late, but this was due to his previous customer. He was apologetic and got involved with the job at hand; helping massively in moving everything.

Driver was late, but called to let us know! Other than that, Hamed was great, very efficient and friendly, a great help to us with our move!

Ahmed was lovely, couldn’t do enough and constantly smiling. Mechanical problems can happen anytime, but when a van broke down on my moving day, Ahmed stepped up to save the day. A big shout out goes to George in the office for finding me a replacement. Totally recommend and will use again.

Was very good and handled the heavy items well.
