Really lovely, friendly and punctual driver. I felt comfortable in the van with him too. Would recommend!

The driver was late, not long but late. The van was terrible. Of course all of my stuff went in but the driver's cabin was just awful. Bad smell and so many dirty stuff that I barely find a bit of place to sit. On the plus side the driver was very friendly.

Driver was not on time but it called me to tell me that it was 10 min late. The move was smoothly apart from that and everything went really well. Van could be a little bit more cleaned, but the blankets helped regarding that.

Moving with Hamed was an absolute pleasure! He was so helpful and friendly, we had a lovely time chatting to him on the journey, and he was very prompt. Would definitely recommend!

Over an hour late. Got us caught in more traffic because of it so overall delay was almost two hours. Van was borrowed from Sixt that morning seemingly. Went on phone regularly whilst driving, to change YouTube videos he was listening to and to take calls. Even taking both his hands off the steering wheel to plug said phone into power at one point and veering into the left lane slightly. In the end my belongings did get there, some damage to some boxes that straps might have avoided but alas there were none.

The driver was late due to van breaking down. I know these things happen but He didn’t let me know & I found out when the people from the pickup address texted me to ask for the drivers number. Also I had to cancel an appointment when I had chosen the delivery time to avoid this.

Excellent experience throughout.

Van was in repair,so the driver was able to provide a car at last minute. I am grateful for this, otherwise it would have meant moving on Monday or Tuesday. It was a close fit and made the move safely and in very good time. Thanks very much to Hamed also, for his help with loading and unloading. Kind Regards, Miles
