Arrived almost 2 hours late and wouldn't take my calls when I needed him to answer to give him instructions on where to go. Also hung up on me once when I tried telling him where to go. Furthermore he had a friend with him who reeked of alcohol, which was not what we had expected as there was not supposed to be any space for another person in the van other than one of us

Punctual, efficient, friendly. Very happy with the service.

Donald was polite and very helpful helping us unload, delivery was late but bad traffic happens so I won’t hold that against him. I would certainly use him again.

Late 1hour, eating and drinking in time he was driving ! Missing the route from GPS several times.

The driver was a bit late due to traffic, he called to informed me, we did made it at the end to the storage before it close, and driver itself was very nice and helpful. Overall would recommend it :)

As soon as I booked online I received confirmation and a follow up phone call to confirm from Donald. I then received a message on the morning of collection to ask was it ok if we started slightly earlier than arranged time. Donald was extremely helpful and polite and had the van loaded in under ten minutes. We even made the whole journey in under one hour from north London to Kent! And great conversation the whole journey
