Helped out with loading and unloading despite not being required too and was very helpful throughout. Only issue was organisation before the move was a bit confusing with him not communicating clearly over the phone

The driver and the helpers sent for work were polite and nice but the company boss was very good. the helper by mistake broke a precious mirror but company director paid for it without any fuss.

Mihail was on time and extremely helpful - we loaded the van (which is very spacious) in half an hour and did the entire move from SE5 to E9 in less than 2 hours. Really happy and would use again! Thanks

Mikhail was excellent. He let us know in advance that he had been delayed due to traffic and worked hard to make up the time when he arrived. He was pleasant, courteous and we would have no problem using him again.

Very pleased with the service we got. The driver was well before time and helped us carry the sofa up to the second floor because it would not fit in the lift. A very pleasant person. Will definitely call him for any future job.
