Arrived an hour late. Wore dirty shoes throughout the house ruining the carpet. Careless with my furniture. Couldn’t get the sofa into the new property. But he was kind and polite. Nice person but bad at his job.

There was a second person helping and when he arrived at my sons house, he was not careful with the drawers of the tallboy which had been taken out to make the furniture lighter, throwing them on the floor. He lit a cigarette in the house. He was discourteous and my son withheld the tip that I was going to give them. Otherwise the piece of furniture was collected on time and delivered safely.
