Excellent service. Rodrigo was on time, polite and organised. It was supposed to be a quick and painless job, but it ended up to be a bit tricky. I had to collect a second hand bed frame and mattress. The bed frame was supposed to be disassembled, which it wasn't. So Rodrigo called one of his colleagues for extra help (as I could't help him much myself) and together we all went to my place. Eventually Rodrigo had to disassemble the bed frame in order to be able to bring it up to my flat on the second floor. He and his colleague then reassemble the bed for me before leaving. Many thanks!

Efficient, polite, punctual - Rodrigo was fantastic! He was responsive and organised in the lead up to move day which meant I was assured he was going to be in the right place on time which was crucial due to the window of time I was able to get into the new property. On the day he made sure he was 10min early so he could find a suitable parking spot so it was easy to load my things into the van. He was a careful driver and was polite on the way to the new house. Once we got there he made sure we found a spot as close as possible to the front door so we didn't have far to carry my things. He made use of his handy sack-barrow so that all the heavy items were easy to get into the property. All in all very happy with Rodrigo's service - will definitely be recommending to friends.
